We aim to dispatch all orders within 2–3 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. Please allow up to 10 business days for standard delivery within Australia.

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on opened putty. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.

Our putty products are designed for therapeutic use under the guidance of a qualified health professional or caregiver. Always supervise young children during use.

We provide NDIS-compatible invoices for self-managed and plan-managed participants. To request an invoice, please email us at theputtypath@gmail.com
